How much does it cost?
Although this is one of the most frequent and first questions a prospective client asks, it is seldom the easiest question to answer. There are many variables in video or media production which affect the budget. These include talent, travel, set construction, location fees, etc.
But as a general guide, productions we have been involved with over the years range from $500 per finished minute to $5,000 per finished minute. The majority fall somewhere in lower half of that range.
These prices include script development, production planning, videography, editing and delivery of the finished video. Projects managed by Aurora Pictures have had budgets ranging from $10,000 to $300,000.

How much work will it be?
Perhaps our most important qualification for every project is our attention to our client’s needs, requests, concerns, and objectives. When we undertake a project we ensure satisfaction. The client is involved to the degree they find comfortable and appropriate. We schedule key points, in advance, for client input and approval.

How soon can I have the finished program?
As in budgeting, there are many variables which can affect a production timeline. As a general guide, most productions take between 60 days and 6 months to complete.
How can I earn royalties on my program?
Through our distribution system we provide "off the shelf" Safety and Human Resource training programs to organizations throughout the country. We have tens of thousands of training media users and buyers in our database and a strong list of satisfied repeat customer who call us first when looking for quality training material.
Your program may be of interest to these organizations. By distributing a generic version of your program, Aurora Pictures can help you recover your production investment.
