| Here is how the rental program works: |

View the Aurora Pictures web site and select up to two (2) videos or DVDs for rental. Click on the "Online Video Catalog" button above. |
|
|
Call or email Palani to place your order with the information above. |
|
|
Rental period is 21 Days. |
|
|
You must provide Aurora Pictures with 10 business days to process and deliver your rental order. Orders which require expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the user. |
|
|
Return shipping is the responsibility of the renter and must be via a traceable means. If lost or damaged, see below. |
|
|
Videos must be returned within two weeks from the end of the rental period. |
|
|
Videos not returned within 30 days of the end of the rental period will be assessed a $15 late charge per rental. |
|
|
Lost and damaged videos will be invoiced at 50% of the list price. A replacement video will be provided upon request after payment has been received. |
|
|
If a video is not returned within 60 days of the end of the rental period you will be invoiced for purchase of the video. Thepurchase price will be 50% of the list price. |

Your cost center WILL NOT incur any charge back for rental or regular shipping charges for these products. |

Your cost center WILL incur expedited shipping, late charges, lost, damaged, or purchased video charges.
